The PC Lab is an underground area in Trevor 2. According to Clyde who seems to manage the lab, it was constructed "for computer-illiterate rodents or those who are too poor to own a PC." The disk can be found here.
Reaching the PC Lab requires players to have the strength ring and either bombs, snow dust or the earth amulet.
