The Savage Bear Chief is a non-playable character in Trevor 3. He is the leader of the savage bears. During the initial conversation with him, players learn that Shadow has promised the bear tribe "power."
During the game's trade item sequence, the player can give him the jar of gumballs and free his puffa-poo hostage. Once free, the puffa-poo gives the player a bag of magic sprinkles.
