The Shrew Time Keeper is a non-playable character in Trevor 3. He speaks in a similar fashion to the channelers in Trevor 2 and gives the player vague hints.
If the player returns the golden crescent to him, the Shrew Time Keeper will bestow the power of speed on Trevor allowing the player to walk faster.
