Richard

Richard is a non-playable character in Trevor 3. He is a resident of Shrew City and claims to be the resident "techie." Though the Shrew Time Keeper disagrees, he believes Shrew City needs a technological defense system.

During the game's trade item sequence, the player can give Richard the data card and will receive the jar of gumballs in return.
