The Shrew Time Keeper is a non-playable character in Trevor 3. He is a resident of Shrew City. He speaks in a manner similar to the channelers in Trevor 2 and will give the player vague hints or heal them.
If the player returns the golden crescent to him, the Shrew Time Keeper will bestow the power of speed on Trevor allowing the player to walk faster.
