The fourth dungeon in Trevor 2 is a seemingly-abandoned cult temple. To enter, Trevor must have the fake ID, torch, and pry.
Zaph is the leader of the cultists and the dungeon's boss. Defeating him allows Trevor to claim the grappling hook the Old Man told him Dr. Angler had hidden in the temple.
