Reukiodo is a non-playable character appearing in Trevor 3. He is a raccoon and resident of Cloud Haven.
According to Reukiodo, he is the guardian of Cloud Haven's wisdom orbs which hold the teachings of the raccoons' ancestors. He seems confused by the concept of the world outside Cloud Haven.
